The United Way Campaign!

We need Key Executives to lead this year’s campaign.
Individuals are needed to fill out our team.
The challenge is great; the rewards are everlasting.

the human services in our community.

Benefits to the Key Volunteer:
          
This program helps develop executive leadership and provides exposure not possible on the day-to-day job.
          
The key volunteer learns to work effectively with people of varying social, economic, and cultural backgrounds. He or she learns to adapt to different personalities and situations under pressure.

A key volunteer feels more a part of the community and can take pride in knowing he or she is helping to improve the quality of living in the area.  Personnel selected to participate in the program are trained and prepared for positions of public decision.

The volunteer develops contacts with key community leadership.
          
It demonstrates to the community the organization's concern with the social well being through good community relations and involvement.
